"When it is taken for professionals, the result is impressive" - so you can describe my weekend that I spent in Denmark. We have a tradition - every year by celebrating the birthday of one of the foreign countries. This year it was Denmark, in particular the town of Skagen. That's all our employees (or about 60 people) had a wonderful weekend in the beautiful country that is famous for its brands of beer (Carlsberg, Tuborg).

We have overcome almost 400 km in just 3 hours. Denmark - this is a country with no mountains here are very flat area, so local people very often use bicycles. I was surprised that they even have some of the road. Not just part of the main road marked by a bicycle, but building a separate road that is separated from the main road. Here, bicycle traffic is much greater than the machine (at least in a part of Denmark, which I visited), and bicycles have priority over cars in traffic! Upon arrival and settlement, we immediately went to a restaurant for dinner, where he met a delegation from Denmark, which incidentally was more numerous than in Norway and Sweden.
Food for dinner was very tasty. Also held the "official" dedication to our company six new people who joined the company during the year. The director called the name and you should drink 40 grams alkogolnogo drink, while the entire company to support you a standing ovation - simple, but nice) Now we just enjoyed the evening, enjoy a Danish beer in unlimited quantities and communicating in an informal setting. So ended my first night in Denmark.
On Saturday, we rented bikes and rode into the city center for lunch (breakfast itself was not just a snack). At lunch in the restaurant was varied fish. However, only fish well, and dessert. As always, lots of beer, but a lot of alcohol is not consumed, because after dinner we should have a serious football match between Denmark and the teams from Norway, Sweden and Ukraine. About the game later to tell. During the dinner, was presented the film "Symphony - the best job in the world", which caused applause and admiration of employees. After that we drove the rover to the city to the north of Denmark. Another 2 months all the employees were divided into teams that were responsible for the implementation of some parts of the celebration. In particular, one team made the film, another comedy cooking show, cooking yet another theatrical performance and so on. These same teams we went to the rover and on the way to the northernmost point of Denmark's team carried out various tasks. It was pretty interesting mixture of English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish were given to me is not very easy, but I have good sense about what was going on (or simply helping colleagues all speak English). Somewhere in 30 minutes and we were on the extreme northern point of Denmark (Grenen).
In Grenen is a place where two seas - the North Sea and Baltic. Waves of both seas just fight each other! The spectacle of incredible! And yet, here is forbidden to swim, because there are massively underwater vortices. The scenery here is wonderful, incredible scenery, but there is one drawback - it is very windy and very easy to catch a cold (which is half the company's employees and successfully did).
Then we went back to the hotel, next in line was a football match. Each team had its own form, the fans in specially prepared costumes and of course the coach. Football was not too high, since very few of those present had no idea of football (maximum 5 people have played a more or less tolerable). "One is safety in numbers" - that's why we lost this match, although the game did not yield. But the atmosphere was very good! Loud music, crazy fans support, commenting on the match - all this took place that day!
Later we went for dinner and continued the celebration. The celebration of the wedding reminded me of an American movie it was at such a high level that even I could not believe that all this was happening to me! The mass of the various performances and activities prepared by the staff of the company, delicious food and wine from the restaurant's chef, and the celebration party until 6 am - so ended the second day in Denmark! On Sunday, there was no force, only the way home. And it was pretty long.
First, we machines arrived on the ship, where we had booked seats in business class, there are easily able to sleep or even watch a movie on the way home. The travel time was 3 hours 15 minutes. Also on board was a huge Duty free zone, where absolutely everyone present spending money and buying things and drinks. It is worth saying that the price of alcohol is 2-3 times less than in Oslo. But there is a limit on the importation of alcohol in Norway.
After we ship another 3 hours driving cars in Oslo. And it's not because so far, but because they were long jams sometimes up to 70 miles!

Impressions after such a trip just incredible and the money (assuming that it was millions), which the company spent on its employees, worth at least because that is changing the level of cooperation in the company, changing relationships between staff and increase the effectiveness of communication and work as a whole !
